We Aren't the World
OverviewTalk to Ladrón Govado
To begin the mission, sail to Havana and find the Admiralty Office. Inside the Admiralty Office you will find Ladrón Govado. To accept the mission, talk to Ladrón Govado. The plot of this mission is only an introduction to the disturbing behavior that these enemies of Havana are capable of. As described by Ladrón Govado, here is the plot: Havana is growing and that's made it challenging to feed the populace. We have become increasingly reliant on shipments of food from other ports. Since the tobacco money is good, this hasn't been a problem, but the last two convoys bringing us food were ambushed by unknown raiders. If the next one doesn't get through, Havana will be in trouble. I need a trustworthy captain to meet the convoy and bring it safely into port. Can I count on you? —Ladrón Govado To accept the mission, talk to the Coxswain and click on We Aren't the World. Protect the ConvoyAfter your ship arrives at Isla Barbara (near Havana) you will be charged with protecting two Convoy Ships from six raiders. The Convoy Ships can be distinguished by the rotating coat of arms above them. This mission is pretty straight forward, and skills and instincts you have gained from moving through the previous levels should guide you through the objectives. Collect your RewardOnce you and your allies have destroyed all of the enemy ships, you may leave the mission. Speak to Ladrón Govado inside of the Admiralty Office to collect your rewards. Sr. Govado: "Did the Convoy make it through?" You: "There will be food for the people of Havana tonight." You will be rewarded with Gold 1550 doubloons and at least Experience 640 points.
